Which a buyer has agreed all policies, when he/she places an order with us.

  • No medicine/supplement is sold without prescription. Medilyf Care is not a medical consultant & does not suggest any medication to any customer.
  • Order once placed cannot be cancelled as products are specially procured for each buyer specifically.
  • In case of any unavailability of the product, the customer is given an option to replace another medication of same value or a credit note is issued which can be used in the next order with Medilyf Care.
  • Medilyf Care is not liable for any delay in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances / natural disaster / political or logistics company issue. Customer care team will remain in touch with you until your package is delivered.
  • Refunds will be processed only after the returned parcel has been received at the origin address. Once the parcel is successfully returned, the refund procedure will be initiated in accordance with our refund policy.
  • Once a product is delivered successfully, it cannot be refunded or medication cannot be replaced.
  • If the package is returned to the shipper, then the package will be reshipped to the customer (reship charges mandatory). Re-shipping charges will be waived off on case to case basis as per the decision of management.
  • If your shipment arrives damaged or expired, we will refund you 100% of its price. Simply take a picture or video of unboxing the package of the damaged item and share with us.
  • Within 48 hours of claiming the shipment (parcel Delivered) and no damages or expired reported, it shall no longer be refundable.
  • Medilyf Care is not liable for customs process of destination country (customer is responsible for providing all documents as per local requirement at their local office).
  • We are not responsible for import duty and taxes into your country. These charges are your responsibility as the customer. If an order is returned due to unpaid taxes and duty, we will refund as per our Refund Policy minus shipping costs we have incurred.  
  • If your package is returned by the post of your country due to wrong shipping address (please check your shipping address carefully), you were not able to accept the package at your address for whatever reason or were not able to pick up the package from your local sorting office. We will refund as per our Refund Policy minus shipping costs we have incurred.
